Living the Sandwiched Life with Mary Ellen

Welcome to my blog.  My name is Mary Ellen, I’m a cradle Catholic with no amazing conversion or reversion story.  So my faith journey isn’t as dramatic as some.  My life is kind of like that:  simple and reliable.  We aren’t exciting people, we’re just trying to find and stay on the path that God has planned for us.  We’ve been married for 27 years after a whirlwind romance.  We have three kids who are, in reality, young adults.  I’ve been thinking about and procrastinating on this dream/call to write more specifically about my faith.  I truly love my faith and am continually amazed at the precious and awe inspiring gifts we have through that faith.  My hope is that by sharing my thoughts and experiences and a bit of knowledge, I can encourage someone else on this journey of life.
